SHIPPING

All of our Belle Quaint products are shipped to you from the U.S. Mail Company, secured-tracked shipping method. 

*Please note that we do not ship to islands or P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.

US

Standard: 5-7 business days

​

Canada

Standard: 9-18 business days

​

International

Standard: 10-25 business days

​

Belle Quaint only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Please be mindful that you may experience unusually long shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard shipping times may not apply.

RETURNS

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic: All purchases made on our website are final sales and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for change of mind.

If you received a faulty product:
1. Email our customer service team at contact@bellequaint.com.
2. Attach a photo of the faulty, unworn, item received within 7 days of the tracking marked as delivered.

 

Please note: This policy specifically applies to faulty or damaged items received on arrival, that are unworn and within 7 days of the parcel being marked as delivered by the local courier service. This policy does not extend to items damaged after being worn or items after 7 days of being marked as delivered. An item is not determined to be faulty if damaged in the course of being worn.
